As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to strengthen financial control, improve project visibility, and support operational decision-making across multiple entities and projects in the UK and Europe.

Well established, privately owned and growing Engineering Group with a great culture, based near Mansfield and expanding internationally.

Newly created position supporting operations in Europe as well as existing contracts in the UK. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, project accounting, and commercial analysis across the business. This position will work closely with operational teams, project managers, procurement, and senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, robust WIP management, and effective revenue recognition.

You will thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment and will be comfortable managing the financial complexities associated with long-term projects, manufacturing operations, and multi-site activities in Europe and the UK.

You will be qualified or QBE, ideally with an appreciation of contract / project accounting, goods in / out and VAT.
