This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Auditor to join a fast-growing, international listed consumer products business with revenues in the £bns. Working as part of a developing assurance function, you will gain exposure to a wide range of internal audit, risk and compliance activities while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries and business units. Client Details Our client is a highly acquisitive, international consumer products group with a significant global footprint and operations spanning multiple countries. Description Plan and deliver internal audit reviews across a range of business units and functions. Assess key controls and perform reviews of high-risk processes across the organisation. Identify findings, agree recommendations with stakeholders and prepare audit reports. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed actions. Support the enhancement of controls, governance frameworks and risk management processes. Participate in group-wide projects focused on emerging and high-risk areas. Assist with investigations, including whistleblowing and fraud-related matters where required. Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks, contributing ideas to strengthen the control environment. Profile Professionally qualified, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA or equivalent Experience within External Audit, Internal Audit, controls testing or a related assurance environment. Able to work independently and take ownership of key assignments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a naturally inquisitive mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Commercially aware and able to balance effective risk management with business objectives. Adaptable, proactive and keen to develop across a broader audit, risk and compliance remit. Job Offer Base salary of £55,000 per annum Annual Bonus Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Worcestershire Opportunity to join a growing listed organisation with a global footprint.
