- Draft and review legal documentation, including restructuring plans, insolvency filings, and contracts.
- Assist in managing and resolving complex insolvency cases, including corporate administrations and liquidations.
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders involved in insolvency processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in insolvency and restructuring law.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, as required.
- Support senior legal professionals with additional tasks as needed.
