  • Advise clients on restructuring and insolvency matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documentation, including restructuring plans, insolvency filings, and contracts.
  • Assist in managing and resolving complex insolvency cases, including corporate administrations and liquidations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders involved in insolvency processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in insolvency and restructuring law.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, as required.
  • Support senior legal professionals with additional tasks as needed.
