To take responsibility for improving the Finance Shared Services key processes (O2C, P2P & R2R). The primary responsibility is to ensure processes under accountability are efficient and SOX compliant. Client Details My client are a major plc business located in Chippenham and have an excellent market reputation. Description The key responsibilities in this role: Identify pain points in the finance processes across O2C- Accounts Receivable & Collections, P2P – Accounts Payable & Expenses & R2R – Central reporting and recharges and work in collaboration with the Finance team to identify and drive process improvements Run focused clinics to improve processes and perform root case analysis to diagnose process failures Review current KPIs and metrics and establish any additional requirements to measure process performance and effectiveness Work with the Group Products Manager and Oracle support provider to drive system related issues resolution Assist in the transition of leases onto a new accounting software and designing a long-term process of how to manage the new system Lead change initiatives related to process improvements Be the project-lead for the Finance Shared Service SOX processes Assist with Audit & SOX requirements Assist in developing processes for managing US GAAP results (e.g. differences in revenue reco…
