The Interim Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial department of an established business that’s just been acquired by a large UK business. Client Details Our client is currently and owner managed business thats in the process of being acquired by a huge UK business. They have sites across the UK and turnover circa £20m currently Description The Finance Manager will be the number 1 in this newly acquired business and will report to the divisional Head of Finance in the Group business. The initial role will be to complete the completion accounts for the acquisition of the business. Once that’s completed, the BAU work can commence. This will include; Monthly management accounts production reporting figures up to group integrating reporting to the new group system overseeing all transactional finance forecasting and budgeting leading on all financial accounting activities.
