Description
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Assist in the production of the annual budget and periodic forecasting.
- Provide financial support to team members and colleagues to help them make sound business decisions.
- Identify and recommend potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Ability to work with various departments and assist with financial analysis.
- Manage and reduce operational and production costs by implementing cost-effective solutions.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, production, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
