We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator on a permanent basis who is passionate about creating an engaging and nurturing work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in creating an inclusive and positive company culture.
- Support the HR Manager with Employee Relations cases and provide support and guidance to managers on best practice and process.
- Support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks.
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Employee Relations case load.
- A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
