Our exclusive and retained client is a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Kent, specialising in premium products for the UK market. The business has experienced significant growth over the past decade, expanding to approximately £30m+ turnover following major investment in its production facility. The local company is a key part of a larger, international group, which provides international backing while retaining strong autonomy at site level. As the business continues to scale, there is now a requirement to appoint a Head of Finance to strengthen financial leadership, governance, and commercial insight.
This is a senior, site-based Head of Finance position with full responsibility for the finance function. Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational decision-making and shaping the finance agenda as the business enters its next phase of development. The role offers genuine breadth, combining hands-on leadership with strategic input, and will suit someone who enjoys operating in a growing, evolving environment, where they can make improvements in line with group and local needs.
- Lead and develop the finance function across the business

- Able to work on-site in Kent (limited public transport access)
- Willing to travel to Spain on a regular basis, particularly during training and onboarding.
