- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop business plans, project budgets, pricing models, and investment cases.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
- Oversee project-level financial reporting, ensuring revenue recognition, margin analysis, and cost control are accurate and timely.
- Implement and maintain strong project accounting processes and controls.
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, costs, and profitability.
