Description
- Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance.
- Assist in forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Provide support for external audits and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Gained relevant experience in a similar Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant role
- Desire to pursue further accounting qualifications in ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Motivated, driven and ambitious to develop in accounts
