Description
- Be first point of contact for general finance queries incoming to the finance team.
- Support in Accounts Payable, employee expenses, and credit card transactions.
- Support credit control activities and respond to supplier/customer queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting.
- Help improve and streamline finance processes as the company grows.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the finance team as required.
Profile
- Experience in a finance or accounts administration role beneficial
- May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT)
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent numeracy and good written communication skills essential
- Confident communicator face-to-face and with good telephone skills, who enjoys working with different teams.
- Friendly with a "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Eager to learn and develop your finance skills within a dynamic business.
Job Offer
- Salary between Β£26-28,000 per annum.
