As Group Reporting Manager you will report into the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for a team of 1. You will have responsibility for overseeing the Group's monthly and annual reporting process.
Client Details: My client, a circa £150 million turnover Private Equity backed Manufacturing business received investment 2 years ago and is going through a period of change and growth and professionalising their Finance function.
Description:
- Ownership of Group monthly reporting process and liaising with each entity's Finance teams to ensure group reporting timelines are met and group results delivered to Senior Management.
- Preparation of Group consolidation management accounts on a monthly basis - P&L, B/Sheet and cashflow statement at entity level (c14 entities in the group).
- Variances to Budget/ Forecast.
- Manage Interests on Debt with PE Investors or External banks.
- Manage reporting on debt covenants on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Working Capital analysis & KPIs by entity and at Group level with variances to Working Capital targets.
- Ownership of 13-week rolling cashflow forecasting process and consolidation of all entities' cashflow forecasts on a weekly basis with reviews with entities' finance teams and CFO.
- Ensure all entities follow Group Accounting policies and reporting of management accounts is in accordance.
