Backed by Private Equity, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Accountant to join our dynamic team. This key position offers immense potential for learning and career development within our fast-paced growth project, providing unique exposure to private equity-backed initiatives.

My client is on an exciting journey to build a global platform within their B2C sector. They are on a genuine buy and build strategy, having completed 5 acquisitions already this year and about to complete on a few more across Europe.

Description:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks for group entities across the UK, including but not limited to:
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Journal posting
    • Reclassifications and corrections
    • Accruals and prepayments postings
    • Support with month-end and year-end close
    • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Fixed asset register maintenance
    • VAT reconciliation
