Job Description As a Payroll Analyst in Glasgow, you'll focus on ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. This temporary role is key to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting the finance team with payroll tasks. An organisation operating in the leisure, travel and tourism industry based in Glasgow. hybrid 2 day from home-3 days in the office. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and payment details. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts. Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely resolutions. Prepare and submit payroll reports as required. Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll processes. Stay updated on payroll legislation and implement any required changes. A successful Payroll Analyst should have: Experience in payroll processing or a similar role within the accounting and finance field. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll/HR system and reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Hourly rate of £14.00 - £17.00, dependent on the level of experience. Temporary contract offering flexibility.
