You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and will be a key driver in the successful implementation of Microsoft Office 365, working closely with IT and department heads to optimize its integration and improve business processes.

As they continue to evolve, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Financial Controller to lead their finance function and play a pivotal role in implementing Microsoft Office 365 across the business.
Description- Lead and manage the finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting and robust financial control.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 across the business - including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI, and OneDrive - to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Identify and deliver improvements to systems and processes in line with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrable experience in leading or co-leading an Office 365 implementation (including finance-specific tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and analysis.
- Tech-savvy with a change management mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
