We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Financial Accountant to support our finance department in managing and analysing financial activities.
Our client is a well-established and growing construction consultation business situated in the heart of London. They have a fantastic culture and work environment.
Description
- Taking ownership of technical accounting and tax matters.
- Continuous review and improvements of internal procedures and controls.
- Development of reporting systems to support business growth and initiatives.
- Oversee the group wide statutory audit including LLP consolidated financial statements and subsidiary accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining partner schedules to manage their profit share entitlements and drawings as well as administration of quarterly distributions, new members etc.
- Work with external accountants on preparation and review of LLP partnership tax computation and return.
- Liaise with the firm's external accountants for preparation of annual partner tax provisions / reserves.
- Treasury management and implementing treasury strategies.
Profile
A successful Partnership Accountant should have:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Understanding of Limited Liability Partnership / Professional Services.
- Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
