The Finance Strategic Business Reporting Partner will act as a key liaison between Finance, Risk and Business Reporting function and operational directorates, providing advice on financial impacts, risks, opportunities and organisational performance to support informed decision making. The position can be based in either London, Manchester, Cardiff, Darlington, Edinburgh or Belfast.

The Finance Strategic Business Reporting Partner will play a key role supporting senior leaders and directorates to understand their financial position, organisational performance and strategic risks. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the production, interpretation and dissemination of management information across finance, workforce, delivery and risk to support decisions, identify trends and drive measurable business performance.
- Leading annual budget planning and allocations and support robust in-year financial management, forecasting, accruals and planning across complex budgets.
- Providing strategic business partnering to senior leaders on financial management, resource planning, operational issues and workforce decisions.
- Working with Business Reporting on balanced scorecards and performance metric analysis, turning performance insight into actionable strategies.
