Description Manage the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Lead balance sheet reconciliations, resolving queries and ensuring full transparency of financial positions Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including allocation and reconciliation of key accounts Oversee intercompany and related party reconciliations, ensuring balances are reviewed and confirmed monthly Produce management information and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making Partner with internal stakeholders, group finance, and auditors, supporting audit and compliance requirements Drive process improvements and system optimisation, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and controls Maintain accurate records across financial systems and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies Profile Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with strong finance and accounting experience Proven experience in month-end close, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations Strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to manage data across multiple platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business Job Offer Hybrid working model - 2 days a week onsite 3 month interim role with a potential perm opportunity Opportunity to work in a high-growth, international finance environment Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams A role with real impact, contributing to financial controls, reporting, and process improvement initiatives If you are ready to take the next step in your accounting and finance career, apply today to join this exciting opportunity!
