Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks and other financial institutions.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Control and optimise cash flow and working capital.
Profile
A successful Finance Director / Head of Finance should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally with a relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in financial leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £95,000 to £105,000, dependent on the level of experience.
