We are looking for a confident and proactive Finance Business Partner to join a fast paced, operational environment supporting a diverse portfolio of departments. This is a highly visible, front facing role where you will work closely with budget holders across the organisation, providing expert financial insight, challenge and support to ensure effective use of resources.

You'll be responsible for owning a portfolio of budgets, delivering clear and meaningful financial reporting, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders with varying levels of financial experience. Those who have a professional accountancy qualification and excellent relationship building skills are essential for this role. First/ second time movers from practice will be considered.

  • Manage and support a portfolio of budget holders
  • Monthly budget monitoring and forecasting
  • Detailed variance analysis and financial reporting
