- Oversee the full transaction processing cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations and streamline workflows.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Play a key role in the successful completion of the annual statutory audit.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of finance professionals.
- Manage essential finance functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and contribute to month-end reporting and management accounts.
- Conduct thorough reviews and sign-offs of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.
