Description
As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including tax and benefits information.
- Manage statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pension contributions.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management promptly.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial services industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
