  • Review and manage the daily and upcoming job schedule (via Excel), ensuring all required details are prepared in advance.
  • Check that each job includes complete and accurate information, including:
    • Pricing
    • Supporting paperwork
    • Photos/evidence of completed works
  • Ensure all job packs are fully compliant and signed off before submitting to Credit Control for invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Credit Control team to support smooth and timely billing processes.
  • Liaise with operational teams and 40+ site operatives to ensure information is submitted correctly and on time.
  • Monitor, check, and approve monthly applications for works carried out.
  • Support both social housing and private client projects, understanding differing requirements.
