- Raise invoices once approved by Finance Administration, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone and email to ensure timely payment
- Build strong working relationships with clients
- Resolve invoice queries quickly and efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required
- Monitor aged debt and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensure accurate records of all communications and payment activity
- Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
