Job Description The Interim Deputy Chief People Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department in the healthcare sector. This temporary role is essential for ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting organisational goals effectively. Proven experience managing complex employee relations and medical workforce issues, including MHPS cases, hearings and appeals. Solid knowledge of medical staffing, job planning and contractual matters. A flexible approach, with the ability to step into different areas of the People function as required. A successful Interim Deputy Chief People Officer should have: Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
