We are seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist (Interim) to join a global telecommunications business in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a small payroll function with BAU processing of circa 20 countries across Europe Client Details Our Client 3,000+ employees across Europe (big presence in UK, France, Germany and Spain) Trading for over 20 years Rapidly growing via M&A Market Leader in their respected field Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office typically, with free parking on site Large US presence Description EMEA Payroll Specialist (Interim) End to end payroll processing across various regions, in line with company compliance/UK and/or European legislation First point of escalation for wider business regarding technical queries Supporting colleagues with other EMEA Payrolls such as France, UK, Germany, Poland etc. Work closely with the EMEA payroll manager to assist with audit and payroll journals Continually review payroll procedures Profile EMEA Payroll Specialist (Interim) Immediately available or on short notice EMEA Payroll exposure (highly desirable) Commutable distance to Reading and happy to be on site 3 days per week (free parking on site) Strong communicator and can work independently
