Description
- Manage the maintenance and repair of all facilities, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for planned and emergency works.
- Oversee building inspections and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
- Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation.
- Lead a small team to ensure effective delivery of facilities services.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or issues.
Profile
A successful Facilities & Maintenance Lead should have:
- Experience in facilities or maintenance management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and controlling costs.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
