Finance Manager - Continuous Improvement and Capex in Derby

Working in a high performing Finance team, focusing on restructure, process improvement, change management and governance across multi-site operations. Client Details Market leading, multi-site Industrial Business based in South Derbyshire, Hybrid working on offer Description Newly created role, working in a high performing Finance team. You will provide financial leadership, insight and challenge across the business, with a particular focus on capital investment, controls and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure that investment decisions are commercially robust, benefits are clearly defined and realised, and financial performance is continually improved across the site network. The role will act as a key finance business partner to operational leadership, translating financial and operational data into actionable insight and supporting initiatives that improve cost, productivity, quality, capacity, cash generation and return on investment. You will support the delivery of a continuous improvement programme, streamlining ?nancial processes and centralising regional activities. Developing ?nancial policies and controls, ensuring compliance and operational e?iciency. Advisory role to ?nance sta? on best practice, controls implementation and process changes. Manage change initiatives, including HR considerations and personnel realignment, standardising processes, improving governance and enhancing reporting accuracy. Profile You will be a qualified accountant with strong Controls and Process improvement skills and experience of Capex evaluation in multi site operations. Job Offer 65-70k plus car allowance, bonus and Hybrid working (3 days in Derby)
