Description
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee VAT and tax filings, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation and company policies.
Profile
A successful European Accountant should have:
- CIMA / ACCA Studier
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of European accounting regulations and tax laws. (Beneficial)
- Knowledge of GAAP
