Description

  • Manage credit control and accounts receivable processes
  • Proactive cash collection to ensure timely payment and minimise overdue debt
  • Credit risk management including credit checks, limit setting, and account monitoring
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Continuous improvement of credit control processes and compliance with policies
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on aged debtors and cash flow
  • Liaise with internal departments to address payment queries and disputes
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
  • General finance team support and ad-hoc duties as required
