Job Description

Key responsibilities include

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
  • Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
  • Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
  • Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
  • Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
  • Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
  • Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
  • The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.
You will demonstrate:

  • Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
