Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will;
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist in month-end closing by providing accounts payable reports and data.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all transactions.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company procedures.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role within industrial/manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
