An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join a leading advisory firm as an Assistant Director in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to play a key role in deal execution, lead client relationships and progress towards Director level in a high-performing team.

The firm works closely with owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and corporates, providing tailored advice across M&A, disposals, acquisitions and strategic advisory engagements. With a growing Midlands presence, the team is looking to appoint an Assistant Director to support continued deal flow and expansion.

Description:

  • Lead the execution of corporate finance transactions from initial mandate through to completion.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Support origination activity, including identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic assignments and complex deals.
