I am delighted to be supporting a business in their recruitment of multiple, exciting P2P Regional Business Partner roles. These are newly created, permanent positions to further enhance the efficiency of the delivery of the P2P function.
Our client is a large UK-based organisation operating within the residential development sector. The business delivers new housing across multiple regions and customer segments. The organisation has strengthened its market position and continues to focus on operational efficiency, growth, and sustainability. It is an exciting time to be joining them as they grow and scale the function.
The P2P Regional Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Centre P2P teams and divisional leadership teams.
- Build excellent relationships between Finance, Procurement and operational stakeholders across the region.
- Manage business priorities effectively.
- Monitor operational KPI's.
- Analyse performance trends and proactively align P2P service delivery to meet divisional needs.
- Present monthly performance dashboards and service-level results to divisional stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on Process Governance and Compliance.
- Help lead on Continuous Improvement and Transformation projects.
- Act as an escalation point for complex supplier or invoice issues impacting the region.
A successful P2P Regional Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes.
- Proven expertise working in a Shared Service centre or centralised finance environment in a management position.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by influencing, negotiating and challenging constructively.
- Experience with ERP systems and automation solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-site organisations.
- Access to a car and be able to travel regularly.
