A highly reputable and successful accountancy practice is searching for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their successful team, in a key role, bookkeeping and managing the provision of services a varied industry client portfolio, preparing vat returns and providing other services. You will carve a key role here, adding value to clients and building relationships, within a growing team and firm.

The firm offers a very supportive and team focused environment, reflected by a low staff turnover and long serving staff within a close knit, long serving team. Full time, or 30 hours a week can work equally.
Description
Joining as Senior Bookkeeper based from their Clevedon offices you will act for varied sole trader, partnership and limited company SME's and OMB's of varying size and industry sector focused on the provision of bookkeeping services to a client portfolio. You will prepare provide bookkeeping services up to trial balance, prepare and review VAT returns and be confident dealing directly with clients building relationships and providing a quality service. You will have the potential to carve a key role here working on Xero/Cloud accounting services. Clients are varied across restaurants, pubs, services, manufacturing and other industries ranging from under the VAT threshold in turnover, up into the £millions of turnover on larger clients.
Profile
You may be AAT studying, or hold an AAT qualification but if supported by a relevant career history and technical skill set, a relevant experienced background only, is equally of interest. You will have anything from 2 - 3 years, or significantly more experience within accountancy practice, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position, carving a role within this team of professionals, carrying out bookkeeping services for a wide ranging client base.
