Job Description As an Internal Audit Manager in the FMCG industry, you'll oversee and improve internal audit processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in Leeds. Your role will help maintain the integrity of operations, providing valuable insights to support decision-making. This role is based within the FMCG industry in Leeds. Plan, execute, and manage internal audits across various business functions. Identify and assess potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior management. Monitor the implementation of agreed audit recommendations. Support the development of the internal audit framework and methodology. Stay up to date with changes in regulations and best practices within the FMCG industry. A successful Internal Audit Manager should have: Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of internal audit processes and risk management principles. Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
