Description
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Leading the annual audit process
- Enhancing financial controls, governance and compliance
- Supporting senior stakeholders with financial insight and decision making
- Driving process improvements and systems development
- Supporting future growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions
- Managing and developing a small finance team
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting and audit experience
- Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager background
- Experience within an SME or growth business environment
- Confident dealing with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Job Offer
- Salary circa £80,000 (some flexibility for the right individual)
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
