Description
- Take ownership of financial oversight for two US entities, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and year-end reporting.
- Support reporting activities for additional overseas legal entities as required.
- Assist in managing Group-level tax matters, ensuring compliance and supporting planning initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Group's half-year and year-end consolidations, as well as the annual report.
- Deliver accurate financial data to support the Group's business plan, statutory accounts, and strategic planning processes.
- Act as a trusted business partner to selected Head Office functions, providing financial insight and challenge.
- Lead and contribute to group-wide accounting projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
- Provide cross-functional support to Group Finance, UK Finance, and Commercial Finance teams where necessary.
- Offer coaching and support to junior members of the finance team, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
Profile
ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
