The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:
- Processing and coding invoices
- Following up with suppliers regarding payments
- Reconciling petty cash
- Working with Finance Manager to prepare weekly payment runs

The successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Experience working in a finance setting
- Dealt with high volume of invoices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
