Description
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts for a variety of clients
- Assist with audit fieldwork and compilation of audit files
- Handle accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Provide support with VAT returns and tax computations
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Work closely with senior team members on more complex assignments
Profile
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or AAT studying towards professional qualification
- Demonstrable experience in practice, ideally with exposure to both accounts and audit work
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Proficient with accounting software packages
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Open to working between Chester and Runcorn office locations
