Lead and develop a small accounting and finance team made up of PL, Management Accounts & Internal Audit.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee month end, quarter end & year end financial reporting, making sure it's accurate, up to date & timely.
Ad-hoc analysis
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage cash flow and oversee financial planning activities.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.

A strong background in accounting and finance, with professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Proven ability to people manage a small and newly-formed team of finance professionals.
Proven ability to prepare and analyse financial reports and budgets.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
