Job Description Accounts Payable Manager Permanent/ Full time Hybrid/ flexible working / condensed hours An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join a medium - large values-led organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth. Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you will lead the Accounts function, ensuring efficient processes delivering and a high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, enhancing financial systems, and supporting the organisation's wider financial objectives. Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Oversee the cash and banking function including cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and systems Train and develop the accounts payable team ensuring KPIS and met and fostering a collaborative work environment Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of accounts payable data Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency. Support audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
