Description:
- Maintain and update financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparation of Quarterly VAT Returns.
- Communication with clients, to request documents and statements.
- Performing day-to-day bank and ledger reconciliations.
Profile:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
- Knowledge of various software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
