Description
- Prepare and consolidate group financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS / UK GAAP
- Lead on month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes across the group
- Manage group consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
- Support the preparation of half-year and annual reports for senior stakeholders
- Oversee and review statutory accounts for subsidiary entities
- Partner with and provide support to subsidiary finance teams, ensuring alignment with group reporting requirements
- Assist with the group audit process, acting as a key contact for external auditors
- Monitor and analyse group financial performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, policies and compliance across the group
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the group finance function
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements within a multi-entity environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior management and subsidiary finance teams
Job Offer
