Description
- Chasing payments via phone and email.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt and accurate payment collection.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and queries effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the accounting team.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
