- Lead the commercial finance processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop detailed forecasts and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Manage and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and board meetings.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.
- Support long-term planning and scenario analysis to drive company growth.
Profile
A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:
- Strong experience in commercial finance within a similar role.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to create and interpret complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
- Experience working in the Technology & Telecoms sector is advantageous.
