Job Description

As a Credit & Collections Analyst in Camberley, you'll ensure the smooth running of the accounting and finance operations by managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues. Your role will directly support the organisation by maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships in the FMCG industry.

Description

  • Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding payments.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and collections performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial transactions.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks within the accounting and finance department.

Profile

A successful Credit & Collections Analyst should have:

  • Experience in credit control or collections, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Preferable to speak Italian/Romanian

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate of Β£17.00 to Β£21.00, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Temporary role based in Camberley.
  • An opportunity to work within the accounting and finance department of an FMCG company.
