Description

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Work with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Experience working within the accounting and finance department.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- An ability to provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Job Offer
