As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders and operational leaders. You will build close relationships across the business, using insight, analysis and financial modelling to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational and revenue-generating teams to drive performance and profitability
- Identifying and leading profit improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver them
- Developing and presenting pricing proposals, including innovative and alternative pricing solutions
- Providing clear financial insight, analysis and commentary to senior leadership
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Improving financial literacy and commercial awareness among non-finance stakeholders
Profile:
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in a commercial business
- Ideally working in industry as a Senior analyst/commercial management accountant/junior business partner
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance improvement
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership/Heads of dept.
- Confidence operating close to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- A commercially curious, articulate and personable approach
