Job Description As a Part Qualified/Studying Finance Business Partner in an exciting industry, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health of the organisation. Based in Brighton, you'll work closely with various teams to provide insights and analysis that drive informed decision-making and help the business achieve its goals. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with accuracy. Collaborate with different teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives. Monitor financial performance and report on variances to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support the accounting and finance department with ad-hoc projects and tasks. A successful Part Qualified/Studying Finance Business Partner should have: A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software. Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent position based in Brighton. Hybrid working Comprehensive benefits package.
